Hmm, yeah, have to be careful, this time of year.

S has been sick for two weeks now. Mostly just a lingering snottiness (meaning in his sinuses, not that he's being a prick...though that happens on occasion, also, unrelated to the status of his health), but he had to stay home from work for two days, and he almost lost his voice for a while there. (That was fun.)

I've found that hot water with raw honey and a lemon wedge really helps me get over things faster. I drink a lot of it, but it's warm and soothing. Maybe it's just psychosomatic, but taking it, I've felt much better in a shorter amount of time than I have in the past, when I've been sick.
