I could have done without the running around yesterday, though - by the time we got home, I couldn't stop coughing.
We had lunch at my parents', then we opened gifts and went over to my sister-in-law's for dinner. My nephew B couldn't wait to open his presents; I think he was done before any of the adults even got started. :) lostsatyr and I got him a copy of Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows; his mom said that his dad'll have to read it with him, as she gets impatient with Rowling's verbosity ("She needs an editor! I want to grab a red pen and start crossing out whole paragraphs!"). *chuckles* Can't really say I blame her. :)
We finally got back home at close to 10, where we opened our gifts from each other and bonusparts & S. Then it was bed, as we were both wiped out.
This morning, Ari and Kerrigan got their presents - some catnip and valerian herbal kitty toys that I picked up at the Pennsylvania Renn Faire in October. They were very well-received - both of them were happily playing with them for quite some time (pictures to be uploaded).
I got Hellboy II: The Golden Army, the My-Otome OVA, the first season of The Tudors, the final volumes of Simoun and Strawberry Panic, the third season of Bones, Magic Knight Rayearth II, a Classic Controller for the Wii, Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution for the Wii, The Secret Diary of Anne Boleyn by Robin Maxwell, The Six Wives of Henry VIII and The Children of Henry VIII by Alison Weir, The Snow Empress by Laura Joh Rowland, Dark Champions and Dark Champions: The Animated Series for HERO games, a Lane Bryant gift card (work clothes!), some lovely warm socks and slippers, a kitty mouse pad, and a box of ginger chocolates. There was also a My-HiME messenger bag and some gift cards to Borders.
