I made cookies last night using the stand mixer I got for Xmas.

I lovelovelove this mixer! It takes a lot of the work out of mixing things - no more having to hold the bowl or the mixer, no more ingredients splattering on the counter (the bowl I was using with the hand mixer was really too shallow to mix things in), and it's very cool to watch the bowl go round and round as I add in the ingredients.
